Do you all remember the vote on Ryan Worth’s custom powder coat for his Audi B7? It was a close battle between the polished wheel and the burnt currant, but in the end the fully polished custom color won out.

Before we get to the finished wheels, let’s take a quick look into the history of Ryan’s car. He first bought the car back in 2009 with 45k miles on the already. He drove a good amount of 25k with little modification except for a Stage 1 tune. However, he could not keep away from the temptations and after purchasing his first set of wheels, he went all out! After driving for 3 years, the car now sits on D2 coilovers, tuned to stage 2+, and ran through 4 sets of wheels! Adding another wheel to the list, here is the end result!

The fully polished wheel looks amazing on his bagged B7! Check out the full shoot here!

Here is a more complete list of all his modifications he has done to the car:

07 Audi A4 – Brilliant Black – 6MT Quattro Titanium Package

As our Ryan Worth custom powder cote vote and Cyber Monday free custom powder coating deal have both come to an end, we at VMR thought it would be kind of cool to feature one of our best looking finishes. Gloss Pearlescent White is not a finish for the faint-hearted. The amount of effort and attention required by this finish has been documented over and over again on forums by owners of white wheels. Even with this being known, I think you and I both know that if either of us saw a car with a set of spotless V710′s in this finish, both of our jaws would be on the floor. Without further ado, pictures of the aforementioned wheel.

As you can see, the smallest dirt spot (we won’t even get into brake dust) would be noticeable from a mile away with this finish, but looks absolutely gorgeous when clean. Now that you’ve seen it, this leaves us with one question:

Are you daring enough?

VMR | Wheels can be purchased with more than 50 different color combinations. To inquire, call us at (714) 442-7916 or any of our authorized dealers!

Have you ever wanted to get a crazy finish on your wheels, but never had the courage, time, or money to actually follow through with it? Well Ryan Worth is graciously allowing us (and YOU!) choose which custom powder coat finish we’ll be putting on his V701′s. If you are unfamiliar with his vehicle, here she is, as she currently sits (on the ground, we should mention):

Remember that VMR Project car we mentioned to you last week? Well as we mentioned, this blog will be your number one location for updates on modifications, dynos, and photoshoots of this vehicle. Clocked at 355HP and 262TQ on the dyno bone stock, we have high hopes that we can fulfill the potential of the illustrious ///M. We wanted to go for a clean look, with the perfect balance between show and go, which led to our first modification that helped in both departments. The KW Variant 3 utilizes separate and independently adjustable rebound- and compression dampening which allows for an individual suspension setup for difference uses and preferences, and we saw it as a the perfect fit. Each shock has two control knobs, one at the bottom and another at the top, to allow for 2-directional adjustment of dampening. Take a look, fresh out of the box:

Beautiful, aren’t they? I’ll give you a second to clean up your drool marks.

…

…

…

…

Okay, we’ll continue. This setup didn’t take too long to install, and even though the stock suspension didn’t have any more than a gram of dirt, dust, or grime on it, we couldn’t be happier with the result. Not only is the car sitting at the perfect height, but the handling is out of this world.

The definition of BONE STOCK.

Could you do this by yourself?
